1. What is a constellation?
A constellation is an energetic field where we explore a topic as a collective group. Most of us take on a "role" throughout the hour+ long constellation (although you are always encouraged to exercise consent and say no if you do not want to be in a role). The roles freely interact with each other in front of the group, we learn about the topic through these interactions, then we all take a short break to ground. To end our constellation, we meet up again to talk about what we learnt in a "closing circle".
2. What should I do to prepare?
If you are joining live, it is recommended that you are in a private space, free from interruptions and distractions. Bring water, have a snack prepared for afterwards. Oftentimes people like to journal during or after so having a journal nearby is helpful.
